Breaking sessions in Sheffield for beginners, returners and people already in the scene.
Industrial Elements is the next chapter of work that grew out of Sheffield City Breakers. It keeps the history, the people and the floor knowledge, while giving the project its own shape.
Sessions are built so new starters, people coming back to breaking and experienced dancers can all train in the same room. Some people come for the coaching. Some come for the open floor. Most come for both.
This is the side of Industrial Elements people feel when they come through: taught work at the start, open floor after that, space to watch, ask questions, train properly and get rounds in. Need shared folders or event links? They now live quietly on the IE resources page.
Pick your day, hold your space, and sort the practical bits without chasing messages.
All sessions are at Hype Dance Studio, Walkley, Sheffield. Online payments go to SCO CIC and straight back into supporting the project. If cost is a barrier, drop us a line and come anyway.
Chris leads the coached side of IE and helps hold the room together week to week. He teaches foundations, keeps standards high and makes sure new people can get involved without the sessions losing their edge.
Sam brings years of breaking, performance and battle experience into the room. He supports sessions, shares floor knowledge and helps keep the cypher side of the project alive.
Davy brings his own style, energy and experience into sessions, events and shared training spaces. He is part of the wider support picture that helps IE feel welcoming without losing its character.
Whether you've never danced a step or you've been breaking for years — there's a place for you at Industrial Elements.
