About

Community-Led.
Culture-Driven.

Sheffield City Opportunities CIC helps grassroots people turn strong ideas into real projects through culture, movement and community development. We build the structure behind the scenes so projects can focus on delivery, relationships and local impact.

Our work includes Industrial Elements and 09 Murals, alongside successful bids including EU funding and theatre and arts funding for dance. Any income SCO CIC generates goes back into the CIC and into supporting more projects, not private profit extraction.

Project Support

Start a Project.
Keep It Yours.

We offer free help wherever we can and point people towards the right support in Sheffield. If a project wants to build under SCO CIC, we can handle budgets, admin, funding applications and the business end while the people leading it focus on the work itself.

Any income SCO CIC generates goes back into the CIC and into supporting more projects. The aim is community benefit rather than profit extraction, which makes the model feel closer to a collective than a top-down agency.
